The federal government should use their oversight of the
public sector to ensure that Americans are not defrauded or abused. The
federal government should ensure that individuals and corporations
should be allowed to excel with the least amount of government
regulations. If there are laws that impede individuals or corporations
from excelling then they should be changed or repealed. Individuals and
corporations should be held accountable for their actions.
Businesses have to deal with more and more regulations making it hard to innovate and plan for the future. Any changes in regulations have to be made with care otherwise you can upset the entire economy. From the current heath care bill, cap and trade legislation, immigration legislation , and banking reform legislation has caused corporate America to come to a virtual stand still because they don't know what the massive regulations will do to their industries. This kind of regulating of business has to end.
